An Event Designer takes instruction from you about what you want the Event to present – your idea, theme and concept, it is not just putting up balloons or fireworks, it is putting it all together for you.
Your Event Designer can arrange for the theme to travel through the entire holiday, they will arrange for the correct paraphernalia (things), to be in the right places at the right time, touches like flowers, notes, coloured drinks on arrival, costumes etc.
You consult with your Event Designer on the finer details, what is available readily here and what they can get for you. You will ask them for ‘something’ in this theme and they will come back to you with ideas and examples, you may know exactly what you want and they will find it for you.
They are your legs and feet on the day(s), making sure it is all there.
They are an integral part of the planning, of the presentation; they make it all tangible, here in Greece for you.
Event Designers make sure all the things you have ordered are delivered on time and in the right place, they give you help finding what it is you really want and finding it for you.

You have ordered party favours, gifts and treats, your Event Designer makes sure these arrive, are in the right place and at the right time.
Your Hen Night and His Stag Night are also part of the Event, also part of the Theme, the Event Designer is there to see to the continuity and effect.
Your concept needs to be maintained throughout the Event period, your Event Designer is there to see to those touches that you would maybe do yourself, mainly so you do not have to, so you can enjoy it as the Hosts, but because they handle the finer points in a country they are familiar with on your behalf. |
