The look and feel of you and your guests are paramount. You may have several days and nights of things to do, if you have arranged film footage for the whole time you are here covering all the things you and your party will be doing, how you look can be very important.
You may want to go to a salon to have a session with a hair stylist so they will get to know your hair and what you want, so that when they come to you at those times you need them, they will be able to do you justice.
You may find that with the sun, sea and sand you need a hair therapy to restore your hair vitality, they are well prepared for this, they can do it in salon as well as on site.
Many of our salons offer other services such as face massage, body massage and other body treatments; this is one thing to look for on their sites and talk to them about when you contact them.

Normal day makeup is something that you can do half asleep but makeup that can stay perfect all day, that can stand up to lighting and flash bulbs is a different matter.
You may feel that just putting on a stronger foundation will help, think again.
Talking to the makeup artist before the Event is the an ideal time to get some tips on how to prepare yourself for the transformation and do not forget to ask if there is anything you need to do when you take off the makeup to make you skin recover.
Makeup artist have skills and knacks, red dots that fool the camera, making sure the blend of the makeup is flawless to the hairline, covering the areas you did not know mattered, tips on keeping it fresh through the day, how to make eyeliner stay the whole day without smudging.
These people are called makeup artists because they take the real you and bring it out, if you want extreme, they make sure it is comfortable and lasting, some of the effects they can do are amazing, you can have cheek bones you never say before, change the colour of your eyes and make you into a living piece of art, perfect for the day.
This does not mean you just give yourself to their tender mercies, you must talk, take photos of what you are thinking about and often Hair Stylists have Makeup artists with the rest of their talented team so combined consultation is a must.

You have looked at the books and the hairstyle magazines and decided what you want, you have a tiara or ornament you want in your hair, the veil or even flowers, being able to talk about what you want is important, talented hair stylists are good listeners and can ask questions, all our stylists have experience communicating in English and like any stylist, love to talk about what they can do for you.
If you have had hair treatments in your home town in the previous month, do tell the stylist as you need to give a hair history to help them, here in Greece they like to make sure they do not damage hair.
If you have had practice hairstyles with a stylist at home, bring the pictures to help you discuss what you want, if you have a picture you favour from a book of the look you want, bring a copy of it to help guide your stylist.
